Progress Report - A Change in Publishing Frequency

Given the limited amount of information surrounding the CMU 2010 Vision plan at the present time, the need for monthly updates may no longer exist.  Information relevant to the strategic plan will be published as it is available.  For this reason, progress reports will be on hiatus over the summer of 2009.  Look for our next update in the fall!

Evaluating the Vision

The ad hoc Vision Evaluation Committee made a recommendation to the ISPC in late April to consider modifying the vision from its current state once new leadership is comfortable in leading the charge.  This recommendation will likely be reported to the Board of Trustees at their next meeting (July).

CMU 2010 Celebrates Research

Two individuals heavily involved in CMU 2010 and the strategic planning process recently invited to present their graduate research on Organizational Change and Commitment:  Process, Outcomes, and Evaluation of Strategic Planning in Higher Education.  This display combined literature on best practices in organizational change
