Institutional Strategic Planning Committee
The ISPC reviewed the second call RFP proposals and is recommending proposals to the President for approval in November. The main work of the priority committees in October has been to review all submitted proposals and to make recommendations to the ISPC for review. In addition, the ISPC has reviewed the draft Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and discussed the need for establishing targets. This topic will be discussed in greater detail at the December ISPC meeting with a goal of finalizing KPI selection.
Communications Committee
The Communications Committee has been refining the Key Performance Indicators, adding detailed assessments of where data exists for tracking purposes and estimating the resources needed to obtain all of the data necessary to track top level KPIs. Lower level performance measures have also been identified and are in review with the priority committees. Discussions of ways to establish targets for each KPI are being held with the President, the VPs and the Deans as well as with the ISPC and priority committees. Priority Committees
In addition to a focus on proposal review for the FY07 second call, the priority committees are finalizing their stipulations for the FY08 RFP process, reviewing KPIs for their area and tracking progress on all first and second year initiatives currently underway. The committees will be actively engaged in encouraging proposal development in their priority areas.
