FY10 Vision Fund Awards

We have prepared a budget template for your use in the form of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Download this file to your computer by right-clicking on the link below and then selecting 'Save As'. Navigate to where you have saved the file on your computer and open it from there. The file contains three distinct documents. When you open the file, look at the bottom of your screen. You will see three tabs, labeled Example, Directions, and BlankForm,

We recommend that you click on the Example tab first and take a look at an illustration of how your budget request should be formatted.

Next, click the Directions tab where you will see some areas footnoted and others with comment boxes. These items provide detailed explanations to assist you as you develop your budget sheet using the  BlankForm. You'll note that there are no dollar figures or footnotes in the BlankForm. Formulas are embedded in year 2 through year 5 salary cells to automatically calculate increases once you enter your year 1 figures. In addition, you need not enter benefit information at all as those estimates will automatically calculate once you enter the salary numbers.

To access the spreadsheet, please right click on the link below and save the file to your local PC. Then begin to work on your budget by opening the file you've saved.
