DEFINITION - KPI 5
Offering students a wide variety of graduate level programs allows CMU to recruit and retain students aspiring to further their education. Fall headcounts for graduate students (both Master's and Doctoral levels) were collected. Master's level graduate students have been decreasing gradually on-campus, but far more drastically off-campus, as indicated by the graph. Doctoral level graduate students are fluctuating, both on- and off-campus, although the changes from FY05 to FY07 are not changing greatly.
Additional Clarifications:
-
Specialists and Grad. certificate-seeking students were except from this measure
-
An increase in doctoral students and decrease in master's students in 2006/2007 is partially due to the conversion of the DPT program.
-
New Data should be available in Oct./Nov. (on-campus) and Jan./Feb. (off-campus) of each year.
