DEFINITION - KPI 17
A single question on a nationally-normed survey asked senior students if they would chose to attend CMU if given the opportunity to start over again. Results shown below illustrate the percentage of senior students that reported either "Definitely Yes" or "Probably Yes". Based on the percentages from FY06, nearly 80% of students are perceived to be happy with their original choice. The level of satisfaction described by seniors remained stable, as the trivial effect size implies no meaningful differences exist between years.
Additional Clarifications:
-
This survey was not conducted in FY07; therefore, no data will be added for this measure at this time. The sample is randomly selected.
-
The weighting system used allows for comparability between years and class rank, as it controls for N-size, enrollment status, and gender.
-
This percentage is only based on senior students' responses.
-
New Data should be available in Jan./Feb. of each year.
