KPI 18 - Fiscal Integrity (CFI)
Fiscal Integrity (CFI) is a measure at CMU that:

Is based on the Composite Financial Index, a proprietary measure of financial well-being of an institution.

Is a value on a scale from roughly 1 to 10, although value can be higher than 10.
TARGET

By 2010, we hope to increase the CFI to 3.7.
