KPI 10 - study abroad
Study Abroad is a measure at CMU that:

Is based on the number of students that have participated in the study abroad program each year.

Measures students that have directly enhanced their global perspectives.
TARGET

We hope to increase study abroad participation to 550 students by 2010.
*NOTE: In FY09, one study abroad opportunity was canceled due to factors outside CMU control. Twenty-seven students had planned to study in Mexico, but the trip was canceled due to the swine flu outbreak. These students HAVE NOT been included in the FY09 figure.
