Staff from Underrepresented Groups is a measure at CMU that:

Includes all on- and off-campus, non-faculty employees.

Includes individuals that are African American, Native American/Alaskan Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, and/or Hispanic.
TARGET

We strive to increase to 8.5% of staff that are from underrepresented groups by 2010.
