Communications Committee

The ISPC's Communications Committee focuses on two very important areas: communications and KPIs. Specifically, it's charge is:

1. To educate the university community on issues related to CMU2010
2. To coordinate the KPI process
• Foster understanding

• Coordinate data collection

• Disseminate KPI results

• Support ISPC and Priority committees as they develop KPI recommendations

3. To develop and implement the CMU2010 Communications Plan (updated Summer 2006)
