Getting Involved in the Strategic Planning Process
Over the month of March, the Institutional Strategic Planning Committee asked your input on the directions being identified for CMU’s next strategic plan. A tentative set of directions have been identified, along with a number of campus-level initiatives. We offered you the following ways to contribute your feedback and suggestions in the creation of our draft.
1. Review the six strategic directions being considered as described in detail
2. Review the background materials
3. Request a special presentation by ISPC members to 10 or more people.
5. Review the ideas we have received from the open forums
6. Suggest a name for the new plan
As you can tell by the variety of events and input modalities, the Institutional Strategic Planning Committee was serious about learning the perspectives of the university community. The ISPC is committed to understanding your aspirations and bringing them into the planning process. Thank you for helping us to craft a strategic plan that will serve us for the next few years.
