CMU 2010 has been around quite some time now, yet the institutional strategic plan is constantly evolving.  With only a few short years left (it's already 2008!) the Communications Committee would like to offer you another opportunity to learn how CMU is positively changing because of your contributions!  In our March Open Forum, our presentation will address the following topics:

• "Strategic planning and thinking" in higher education
• Accomplishments
• KPIs:  How the targets were chosen, when to reassess them and lessons learned
• How YOU contribute to CMU's strategic goals
• Beyond CMU 2010

Please join us on Thursday, March 20 as members of the
ISPC, Priority Committees, and Communications Committee
share with you how we're doing as an institution and
what we will need to do to reach our goals.

You'll have an opportunity to gain understanding AND
ask us questions throughout the presentation.
