CMU 2010 OPEN FORUM
Tuesday, January 29, 2008
Park Library Auditorium
1:30-3:00 PM
This latest in a series of CMU 2010 Open Forums is designed to inform the campus community of the status of the implementation of the University's strategic plan. We are now at just beyond half-way in our Vision plan, and the president has recently approved the targets for our 18 Key Performance Indicators. It is important that the accomplishments and continuing vision of CMU 2010 be shared with a wider audience. Ask yourself the following questions:
-
Are you curious about the strategic plan?
- Would you like to learn more about the targets established for our 18 KPIs?
- Could you offer suggestions for our list of Related Measures to the KPIs?
-
How might you be able to contribute to CMU reaching our strategic goals?
Please join us on Wednesday, January 29 as members of the ISPC, Priority
Committees, and Communications Committee share with you how we're doing
as an institution and what we will need to do to reach our goals.
You'll have an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of our Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), join in a discussion of how you contribute to moving those
measures forward, and offer your ideas to future plans.
If you have any questions about this Open Forum, please contact CMU2010.
