Open Meetings where held in a focus group style during the months of October and November 2008. Staff, faculty, and students were encouraged to attend and provide feedback on which initiatives should be continued or added to the next strategic plan.
The results of those discussions are listed below, by employee group. Those of you that were able to attend recall that we asked two questions specifically for groups to brainstorm: 1) What are the strategies you see as already underway or planned that should be included in the next plan? 2) What other strategies should be added?
